Dr Aaron Santos, affectionately known to many patients as "Doc Aaron", is an experienced General Practitioner who is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centred care for individuals and families. He believes in building long-term relationships with his patients and delivering evidence-based healthcare with a strong focus on preventative health, chronic disease management and supporting lifelong wellbeing.

Dr Santos graduated from St. Luke's Medical Center in the Philippines before relocating to Australia in 2011. He worked at Townsville Hospital, gaining broad clinical experience across several specialties, including Emergency Medicine, Cardiology, Orthopaedics and Geriatrics. He joined Riverway Medical Centre in 2014 and has since enjoyed caring for the Townsville community as a dedicated Family GP.

Dr Santos has clinical interests in cardiology, children's health, mental health, men's health, sexual health and emergency medicine. He also provides home visits for eligible elderly patients and regularly visits Residential Aged Care facilities, helping support continuity of care for older members of the community. Known for his warm and approachable manner, Dr Santos values open communication and works collaboratively with patients to help them achieve their health goals.

Outside of medicine, Dr Santos enjoys spending time with his young family and is proud to be part of the Townsville community, where he has found both a professional home and a welcoming Filipino community.
